Is this the same as planning permission?
No. Planning permission and Building Regulations approval are separate. Which permissions you need depends on your project and location.
Can you use my existing plans?
Yes. Send them over and we’ll check what can be used and whether a survey or further information is needed.
How much does it cost, and how long will it take?
We confirm your fee and timescale after reviewing the project. Building control fees, structural calculations and any other specialist work will be identified separately in the quote.
Does a drawing package guarantee approval?
No. Building control assesses the proposal. Site inspections and completion certification are separate from the drawings and application stage.
